Out of the box pro 2's worked flawlessly. Last month the senses turn on when cameras are turned off, causing rapid battery drain.
After numerous long and drawn out troubleshooting by events ' support ' staff, they confirmed that a firmware update is needed to correct the issues. They are aware of the fault and have stated that it may take netgear weeks or when they are ready, to release a fix.
Disappointing that it took so long to get an answer. Heads up Netgear, your support staff struggle with basic troubleshooting and at times have no customer service at all.
Shame though, because the 3 cams were working well up until the update.
Retailer have said that i can ' wait ' for update but have assured me that they are willing to accept refund if update takes too long.
