Invoiced for 2 smart plans, but only access smart plan for1 camera

My account mentions that I have a smart plan subscription for 1 arlo2 pro camera, but I get charged for 2 camera’s. My account mentions that I have only subscribed to 1 camera. Response from finance department is to cancel the second subscription, but that is impossible as I only see in my account 1 subscription; the one I like to keep. So what to do?? It looks like a bug in their billing system and support is not helpful at all. Not to mention the extra charges they invoice me, while I don’t have access to these extra subscription service and i did not apply for it. A scam it is! Please help me how to cancel this additional subscription that does not appear on my account.
