I"m having trouble with two of my cameras. I created a discussion about that more than 2 days ago and no response.

Today, I tried to contact Support via Chat but wasn't able to because the phone number I entered (only one I have)

it said it was invalid. I looked @ my profile and there is no phone number listed, so I don't know what NetGear has

on file.

Does anyone know how to determine what phone number Arlo/NetGear has on file?

I am not sure about your problem, but you can contact Support at the banner below. Keep going through a couple of pages and you will find the proper phone number for the country you live in. It will be near the bottom of the page.

Not sure what banner you are referring to.

Looked at various items and saw verification of phone number. Clicked on it but nothing relavant there.

Still don't know what phone number I'm supposed to enter.

I'm very frustrated with Arlo/Netgear as I'm having a problem with videos not being in my library and I've opened a discussion on this more than 3 days ago and no response.

Am at the point that I'm going to trash Arlo and look at my options for another system.
