I bought a used Arlo Pro 2 from a friend. It was working great for him. Trying to set up now and I can't get the internet to connect. The power light is green but the internet light is off. I tried troubleshooting. Any suggestions?

First, make sure your friend removed all devices from his account in Settings, My Devices. Next, restart your router. If the Internet LED is still off, that means that there's a problem with either the base or router port and/or the cable isn't connected properly or is bad. Try a different cable and router port.
