Since these cameras don't use your WiFi, just the dedicated one between the base and cameras, the quick answer is yes. But...

If you mean if the Internet go down do you get videos then the answer would be no unless you have set up local recording to a USB drive. You won't get cloud recordings during the outage but you would get local recordings.
