Arlo cloud service used to be free. I saved some video or "starred" them and now the service requires a fee. If I pay The service fee now will I be able to retrieve my previously starred videos?

There has been no change to the free seven-day account for the Arlo Pro 2.

You could not retrieve anything older than that.

To have longer retention, you need an account, or you can use USB storage to preserve local recordings.

As a PS...

way back in the beginning, STARRED videos were not deleted...but that was over 3 yrs ago.

For a long time, star videos mean nothing more than favorite videos to make it easier to find/filter

If you think you want any videos, it is best to download them to local computer.... after your service storage date, they are gone.

PS... there is no fee for old videos, only a service level fee which allows you to have storage for 30 or 60 days over 7.
