Upon having 2 incidence of my Arlo 2 base station going offline for no apparent reason support could only suggest that I move my base station to another power support.  The base station has been at the same location for over a year with no issues.  After hanging up with support I went back through the same thing I had before, resetting the base station back to factory settings (I had tried this numerous times prior to calling support).  I was finally able to locate the base station and set it back up yet again.  I will see what happens.  My biggest complaint was a support person that did not appear to listen to me and kept asking the same questions over and over again.  I have nothing against other nationalities but you should not put a person on that speaks with a heavy accident on a support line.  I could not understand her and I do not feel she was understanding me.    I hope my set up holds this time because I don't want to go through that call again.

I thought all was well but my phone app is showing the base station off line AGAIN! I’m really getting aggravated with this! Up until your most recent update things were fine! I have installed the app twice today because it did that. First time it corrected it, this time it did not! Having serious doubts about this product after owning it for 1.5-2 years!
