i have the arlo pro two cameras. the mobile app on my phone  was updated to reflect the new house icon. now the app will not work. also i can not view the cameras from my app on my ohone. all the camera have been renamed by the arlo system NOT by me.

Are you still experiencing the issue?

 

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
