I have the VMB4000 are there better or improved camera's for this base system

I would like a system with better response time the VMB4000 is delayed, by the time I get a notification the intruder has vanished

What is the typical delay with notifications? My 4000 base station gives me a few seconds before notifications arrive on my iPhone or android.

 

Have you tried power cycling the base to see if the delay improves?

 

What about rebooting the mobile or reinstalling the arlo app?
