The base station is connected to the Wi-Fi network and shows a solid blue lite,,But I still can't locate the arlo base station,,

Make sure your phone is on your WiFi, not cell service. Try a computer browser to set the system up. WOrst case, hold the reset button until the LED flashes amber. Let it reboot and try again.

What are you trying to do? Set up your Arlo device? (You have tagged Installation.)
The base station does not connect to your wifi network. (And you cannot connect to the base station's wifi network.) The base station is wired to your router.
You can also do some things to your Arlo system through a browser:
