I have 2 Arlo Pro 2 but one cam has no color and no record. No problem between 1 hour.

The Pro/Pro2 will go B/W if the light levels fall below a certain level....

The only way to really test this is side-by-side , and even then there are slight differences in each camera.

If in bright light they stay B/W, then pull battery and replace and see if it changes anything....

If that fails, contact Arlo support.
