I downloaded the new Arlo app to my cellphone and attempted to sign in but it says it does not recognize my Iphone and sends a push notification and nothing happens. can you assist me?

Mine is doing the exact same thing.  Got a new iPhone yesterday and can't access cameras back home. I hope someone replies.

Can you try email notification, and see if that lets you log in?

I finally got it to work.  Had to use alternate method and a code was sent to my email and the code worked.  All good now.
