Despite all attempts/reset etc, my cameras do not send push notifications to my iPhone X. It sends email alerts, but that’s it! All checkboxes are ticked for notifications in both the App and in my Notification settings on my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a solution? All firmware is up to date. Thanks

What IOS are you running on your iPhone X? Are you updated to the latest version 12.1.2?

Yes ShaneS, I have the latest update you mentioned in your reply.

I think I will return them this week as they are not doing as they claim to do.
