How to stop receiving motion detection texts?

How do you stop motion detection texts ? - not sure how I somehow set it up to notify me of motion detection, but didn’t want to do that. Any help greatly appreciated

Go into the mode option, select your base, armed, select the camera, edit and at the bottom is the check box.
