 We have a 2nd home and we were forced to go to the new app.  Is there a way to add all our devices to the new app remotely?   Or do we have to return to the home?

@matte805,

The old, (Legacy), app and the new Arlo app get their information from the Arlo servers, so you should not have lost anything by going to the new app. Have you tried to re-install the Legacy app to see if everything works normally in that app?

The new app did not retain/migrate any info from the old app.  Only option is to add a device?

It should have.  Are you sure you used the same account credentials?

The devices in your account are managed in the cloud - they might be cached in the app, but that would be all.

Maybe also check the web interface.
