Is it normal to have to get new batteries only after a few charges?
I've got a few Pro 2 cameras. I set them up and they worked for a few months. I was getting about a week to a month on a charge (lots of trees and wind and some traffic triggering the cameras) Then I noticed the batteries stop taking a charge. I was able to get about 1 - 5 charges out of them and now I can't get them to charge.
I charged some by plugging in a Pro 2 camera and charging that way as well as using the wasserstein charger. The batteries never really charged well in the cameras... partial charge and took days.
I tried contacting arlo support, but they can't seem to answer my question. Thoughts?

I have pro and Pro2 batteries that are at least 2 yrs old ...with 30+charges on each.
Li-ion pack are usu good for at least 100-200 cycles.
Could it be an issue due to the third party chargers?
