How low temperature will the Arlo pro 2 camera work if plugged in without the battery in?
I have multiple outdoor cameras, it is -20c and only the camera plugged in with the battery out is working. Unfortunately, none of the cameras with the battery in are plugged in to power. Being -20c out I am not in a hurry to go outside and plug the others in to do the test.

The spec for the camera is -4F/-20C so your observation is correct. Plugging in without a battery seems to be the cure (haven't tested it here) so it would seem to be an issue with the battery. I have an Ultra plugged in and it's kept working (and charging!) down to about 0F so just slightly warmer than your location. Tonight's supposed to be below -4F so I get to see real world usage.
