How do I stop my camera from picking up all the moving vehicles in the street?.

The best answer is to rotate the camera down so the street isn't in view. Reducing sensitivity in your modes and rules may or may not help. Otherwise, running the camera on AC power or subscribing to a plan so you can have activity zones active would be your solution.
