How can I turn my system back on if it goes off while I'm out of town?

If you can't see the Restart button in Settings, My Devices, your base you can't do anything. Physical presence would be needed. A workaround is to install an inexpensive WiFi switch such as a WeMo on the base power plug so you can remotely turn power off and back on.
