Hi Yogi32,

What modes/triggers are you trying to set up & use?

Basically, I would like the a mode where all but 3 (out of 10) cameras record from motion with no real trigger, like the "armed" mode is. having one trigger means that if some one is outside of my house but doen't walk in front of the "trigger" camera it doesn't record. I don't always want a full "armed" mode during the day as my dog is in the back yard during the day and she just sets off the cameras 40 or 50 times per day.

Create a custom mode for that camera. Use the Add Device selection while editing the rule to add additional cameras and set them to do what you need.

Hi Yogi32,

In addition to what jguerdat said, you can add the specific times you will be home or when you might have your dog in or out using the Schedule feature. Here is a helpful link -

How can I set a schedule for my camera in my Arlo account?
