Please note that the video that @ShayneS has directed you to is for the original wirefree Arlo and not your Pro 2. Your Pro2 has a single rechargeable battery and the sync button is on top of the base and not on the side as in the video, your base also has a siren built into it which the original does not.
The rest of the setup instructions are correct as per the video and the guide that I posted above.
