Arlo App Is Logging Out On Iphone

Just bought the Arlo Pro 2 cameras, already want to return it. The app keeps kicking me out and I don’t get push notifications unless I am in the app.

That usually just happens when you log on a different device. For example, I have the Arlo app on my phone and iPad. If I check Arlo on my iPad, it logs off my phone. And vice verse.

There’s also a motion detection problem happening right at this moment to all Arlo product.

Other than that, I still would recommend you return the product and get something else. Arlo is amazing when working. WHEN WORKING.

There was a server issue on Sep 8th that may have caused this to happen. This issue has since been resolved,  I have attached the link with further information. Partial Outage Affecting Motion Recording
