Hello. I’m having troubles connecting Arlo to HomeKit. Worked once before. I see everyone asking about a reset token. Please send me one if thats what i need to fix my connection problem. Thanks.

Hi Flyeye and systemwiz,

 

I've sent a token reset request to your Base Station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the Base Station to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hi,

 

Could I please get a token reset for Apple HomeKit ? I am stuck at discovering devices.

Hello Jessica. Tried doing the reset little after your email earlier and nothing still. Did a reboot also on Apple TV. No hard wire plugged in for internet on Apple TV. All Wi-Fi from my router. All on same network name. Very strange. Is maybe my base station bad. Thank you for responding.

Never mind. I figured it out. Definitely can’t have base station hooked up to modem. It’s now hooked up to router. All good. Thanks again.
