Help with Pro 2 Camera Settings & Setup

Good afternoon! I just set up my 2 Arlo Cameras. One of them does not seem to have audio and I am struggling with finding video playback. Should I remove the camera from my account then redo the settings?

For the audio, check the camera settings (Settings, My Devices, your camera, Audio Settings). Not sure what you mean by "finding video playback" - videos are in the library. If that's where you're looking, check your modes and rules to verify that the camera has appropriate settings. If all seems good, removing and resyncing would be a good first step.
