I have not received notifications from my cameras for several months now. I have done every troubleshooting thing I can think of and can find on Google. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I even went to the phone store and they reset my phone. I am getting notifications from my other apps, just not Arlo or Ring. I was told no one can help me unless I have a subscription. I was also told I don't need a subscription in order to get notifications. Everything in my system is working fine, except for notifications. This makes no sense to me. How do I get notifications to come in as they always have for many years of using these cameras? I have invested a lot of money into my cameras, but they are now virtually worthless if I don't get notifications on my phone. Please help.

Can you confirm that you are able to manually record to the cloud library?
Do you see recordings in the library for motion triggered events?
What mode is the base station set for?
Can you check the camera rules in the selected mode have notifications enabled for your phone.
If you enable email notifications in camera rules do you receive emails?
Can you check the phone settings page for the arlo app that notifications are enabled?
