My husband and I shared an Arlo account for our home (not positive it’s Arlo 2, may be another model), however he had only given me certain accesses, not full control. He died unexpectedly several months ago. Is there any for me to gain full access of the account *without* having to reset everything? His phone was never recovered so I have no phone, passwords, anything. Please help!
