Had video playback during the trial period. Now that I’ve subscribed I only have the snapshot feature. Can’t find a setting to get video playback. Any tips?

What camera model do you have???

 

You posted in the Pro 2 area, with an Essential Gen 1 in your post.  I'm guessing an Essential Gen 2 or maybe a Pro 5s????

 

Check that your camera is charged.  There is a low-power mode when the camera will start saving snapshots instead of videos when motion is triggered.

 

Also, see if you can make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera.
