Grey screen. Also in live view. reboot camera - didnt solve the issue.

What do you mean by reboot the camera - reinsert the battery or reboot the base? Have you tried both? You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync but it's also possible it's a bad camera. In that case, open a case with support:
