Grey screen. Also in live view. Rebooting base station did not solve the issue.

 

Can someone at arlo PLEASE respond. This issue has been reported by several other users but no solution has been posted!!

Do you have the link to the other reports on this issue you are experiencing? 

 

Have you tried to remove & re-install the camera? You can achieve this by going to Settings > My Devices
