Geofence not recognizing added phone

Geofence had been working perfect for my wife’s galaxy and then her iPhone. She recently got an upgrade and another iPhone. Now geofencing does not recognize her phone. We have made sure arlo has access to her location and have tried resetting her app. Geofence is still working fine for my phone just not hers. Anyone else having this issue?

Try upgrading her phone to 15.3
