Galaxy S23 Ultra Can not login to the Arlo App.

Hello, I have problem about Arlo App.
 
Currently, Arlo App. is not logged in from the SAMSUNG GALAXY S23 ULTRA model I use.
 
Is it not supported in the current app version?
 
I'd like to request a quick confirmation.

Not quite clear as to your issue. Are you trying to log in and it fails?

Attempted to log in from different devices with the same account.
The S23U does not proceed to the next step after a normal login.

Assuming you're saying that the login works on other devices but not the Samsung (we really need all details to be able to help), I note that there's been a variety of Samsung users recently that have reported various issues. I would suggest that you use Settings, Support to select your camera and raise the issue with official support so it can be fixed. You need a subscription to be able to do this.
