Full order not received

How do I get help with an order? I ordered three cameras in a base station. I received the three cameras but did not receive the base station. I order it on the site. Everything was refurbished. I have emailed and tried to call Arlo multiple times with no replies Getting pissed now

Live chat doesn’t work. All the 1-800 numbers tell me I have to contact seller I get it from but I got it from this site.

Using the link above doesn't get you to an 800 number so you haven't contacted real Arlo support.
