My free 7 day online storage has stopped working, I presume because my camera is end of life. I am a UK customer. However the community says that the storage has been grandfathered for the Pro 2 camera. If so, how do I contact UK Arlo support, as the chat bot says the storage is no longer available for free and I cannot find a UK contact number

Well miraculously the 7 day storage has reappeared. No idea what's happened but thankful something has

Did this happen when your account was migrated to the "Feed' interface?
