I started getting notifications to update firmware to 1.15.0.1_3162,xagent 3.2.7-rc1 When update is attempted it fails. On the app, in devices, instead of seeing snapshot of last camera image for each camera, I am seeing message to update Base Station Firmware.
Does anyone know if this is a bad update or whether it will affect system operation?

Unplugging the base station and plugging back in “seems” to have fixed my issue.

I have this problem too. Would be nice to get some support from Arlo so we can use our cameras. Why does a firmware update have to be so complicated?

Hello Hog72712
I am sorry you are having the same issue, but at least I know I am not alone. I hope Arlo can shed some light on this.
It could be a release candidate and not the final release, since it says -rc1 at the end of the firmware release level.
Regards
