Has anyone shared this experience? I filed an online support case and received no responses for 10 days. After that, I called phone support and waited online for 34 minutes. The recording started saying I was the 31st person, then 29th, ..., finally when I thought I was getting somebody, the line got dropped. This is so frustrating.

 

Is this common experience for others?
