We have been using Arlo cameras for years and the reliability of the videos and recordings have gotten progressively worse. I generally view Arlo on my computer; husband using his iPhone. The cameras AND the recording work, at best, intermittently. What's up with that? I know the internet service is working because one camera works, the other doesn't. Many times during the week, there will be huge gaps between recorded videos. The problems are so frequent, and yet so intermittent, I can't seem to find answers anywhere. I'm done with Arlo; the frustration is not worth it.

Try swapping camera locations between the two cameras to help identify if is the camera or location issue.
