Can’t find subscription plan

Hello! We’ve come across a problem that we can’t find the subscribing plans, we were wondering if you could explain how to subscribe to see past recordings.

We are from Latvia, but we have a new problem, that we have paid for the subscription today but it doesn’t show us the past recordings.

Are you getting new recordings?

 

Nothing was recorded before you applied the subscription, so there is no way to get recordings from earlier days.

Can you make a recording when livestreaming the cameras?

 

Also, can you confirm that you have Pro 2 cameras?  They were sold with 7 days of free cloud storage.

Yes, we can.

 

Also we have 4 cameras where we can see past recordings, and 12 where we can’t.

Ok.  So too many cameras to have the 7-day cloud storage.

 

Does your subscription plan have a limit on the number of cameras?

No, I have an unlimited camera plan, it costs 16.99 euros per month. I have paid, but I can't see the recordings.

Can you make a manual recording from one of the problem cameras while livestreaming?

 

Have you double-checked that all the cameras are in a subscription plan?

@Raitis I do not see that there isa a subscription on the account. Can you please dm me a copy of the receipt with the charges and I can create a ticket for you. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.
