Family’s devices have been enabled but aren’t showing in app as being enabled for geofencing

We’ve followed all the instructions and community questions to get our family’s devices enabled so we use the geofencing mode but they are not showing as being ‘enabled’ in the app...please help!

Hi deedutton,

 

If you're seeing the devices as disabled, try to uncheck and close out the app and re-open and check again to see if that helps. Otherwise, try reading this article to see if this helps: Why isn't the Geofencing mode working?

 

If you're still having problems, contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
