It may or may not be related to detection (sun's IR being reflected is a big culprit) but you haven't given us enough clues nor a detailed explanation of what you've tried.
For starters, is all firmware up to date? Post screenshots of the camera views. You may want to reset the system byt removing everything in Settings, My Devices and start fresh.

I did read you original posts and you didn'tt say a thing about resetting the system and starting fresh, which is what I suggested. A reset is not a power cycle of the base nor removal and resync of the cameras.
A reset is done by removing ALL devices from Settings, My Devices and starting fresh. Use the Add Device selection in the Devices tab to claim the base. Then sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted.

Hi @jguerdat I did a reset where I removed both cameras and wiped out everything and started fresh. Problem only happens maybe once a week. I had to reset the whole system and remove and add cameras for a separate issue of not recording and sending push notifications.

Backyard, I assume. Could be the flag waving in the wind which, of course, is variable. I would rotate the camera down so the top of the view is maybe the top of the fence - you really don't need the sky. If that's not appropriate, you may to reposition the camera to a different location - cover only the area of interest, not the whole neighborhood.
