Bike stolen overnight but can't see thief's face because of the dark

I have my bike stolen overnight but I can’t see the thief’s face because of the dark

The camer's night vision only goes so far. External lighting helps a lot in very dark scenes.

 

Downloading the video and using 3rd party video editing software may be able to lighten the video enough to see the face.
