Has anyone noticed that they no longer receive email confirmation that you had replied to a support case input request. I just checked my emails and the last one i received was back in March 7th. I have since sent multiple emails in response about the case and I have just realised that support never received them.
So has anyone checked to see if they received a system reply to email updates?

BTW, why is the label entry box located after the post button on this new post page?
