Doesn't give notification noise and schedule is disappearing randomly

I'm noticing the app just isn't giving me the notification noise at all most times now and just a short vibration burst. But whole swaths of my schedule just randomly disappearing is starting to get super annoying. If the schedule turns off it literally makes these things worthless until I discover that they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing.
