I'm plan to buy arlo pro 2 system in US and I currently have SmartTthing UK spec. So I just suspect ARLO pro 2 US. able to work with SmartThing UK spec. or not.

I know the US Arlos will work in the UK, see this artice
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Arlo-Pro/Using-US-version-in-UK/td-p/1245555
and I see no reason why it wouldn't work with Smartthings there.
The real problem that I can see is that if the system is defective, how are you going to return it?

Yes. US Arlo Pro does work in UK. I have one.
From other discussions around here, it seems that you can use the base station's US power block here too, you just need a mains adapter plug. (It says 110 volts on it, but, in some cases at least, Netgear labels these things for legal reasons rather than what goes on inside the electrics.) I didn't try that because I have a spare adapter from older Netgear devices that works just fine.
