Deleted Arlo Pro 2 Camera and can’t re-add to app. Blinks but doesn't show up. Tried restarting.

Yesterday I received my four Arlo cameras and was able to sync and start up every single one. However I accidentally removed camera 4 device from the app and have not been able to connnect back. I followed the steps to add a device but the camera isn’t displaying as a found device. Even though the base station and camera blinking is synchronized the camera doesn’t come out on the app as available. I tried restarting the base station, unplugging everything, and removing and reinstalling the camera battery but nothing seems to work.

Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds. Also, you don't need to use the app or web client to sync these cameras - just do the appropriate button presses.

I did follow the instructions however the camera isn’t appearing on my screen. For instance I’ll tap the sync button on the camera and the base station will begin to blink at the same rate as the camera and stop, but the camera doesn’t come out. Instead of having four cameras rolling I only have three to view.

Be sure to press the base sync button first - it may make a difference. Second, it may be useful to remove all devices found in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Lastly, if no resolution, you can swap at the store and/or use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
