Daily videos are no longer being kept. When I turn off system, videos are no longer available?

With the last update a couple months ago, my daily videos are no longer being kept. Once I turn off my system when I get home each day, the videos are no longer available. Why?

Are you just disarming it?  Or actually turning it off?

 

The videos should be available in the app (or with my.arlo.com).  Perhaps contact support on this - https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

Thx for clarifying.  Are you looking for the videos using the primary account,  or are you using one with "granted access"?

 

I think you'll need to pursue this with support. FWIW, it's not an issue I've seen posted here.

I tried reaching out to the support group yesterday via the Chat feature. Unfortunately the agent never came on to chat with me. Do you have a tech support phone number?
