Customize what the camera records. Want to cut out/make area blank. Cannot orient camera more.

Hello! 

I would like to customize what my outside camera records, because in the upper right corner of the picture, I can see into the garden of my neighbor. I do not need that information, and out of respect for his privacy, I would like to cut out /make this area blank. I can not orient the camera more to the left, because I then loose my own area of interest on my own property. Is this possible to do?
