In the past few weeks I notices that I had my custom mode erased, and now after I re-created it and put back all of the rules, some of the fules are starting to dissapear. This is also happening in the standard ARMED mode, where I have rules to record other cameras and turn on lights, and now they are starting to dissapear. Anyone know what is going on?
I want to add, the modes and rules are showing up differently on the mobile app vs online web brower. The app looks fine, but on the web brower app they are not showing up correctly.

The only workaround I have is to delete basic activity zones from all your cameras. Then rebuild the schedules, modes and rules.
The cause is firmware related.
Arlo support is your only choice to have this firmware issue resolved.
