HELP...
I changed over to a new Arlo Pro 2 unit, and decided to create a new account...
I set everything up, all good, now I cannot log in, refuses any attempt to recover password, the problem seems to be, that google assumes that a dot i have in my account IE (john.dickson) isnt needed and reverts back to my name without the dot, every time i try to add a new account of john.dickson, it states the account johndickson already exists.
I am sure i signed up with the dot, but cannot send a recovery email as I cannot log into a google account as john.dickson, only as johndickson, how can i get access to my account?
