On only one of my cameras, there is no way to set zone. I go to Devices - Camera Video Settings and this is what I see as opposed to the second picture that does have Create Zone available.

There is already a zone, Zone 1, that takes up the entire FOV. Delete that zone and you should be able to make new ones

There are two photographs of two separate cameras. One does show a Zone covering the whole FOV. The other demonstrates there is no place to create a zone. I have attached that photo again.

There's not enough detail in your photos to determine for sure but, since you have onlty the basic plan, it appears that you have once camera plugged in which enables zones but not the outdoor one. If you had subscribed to Smart you could set a zone on a battery-operated camera but you have just the basic plan so no-go. You either need Smart or the outdoor power supply.

Cameras are always removed and plugged into an electric source when setting up Zones. The problem is that there is no place on the Video settings page to create a Zone when there should be as in my 4 other cameras as seen on the two separate pictures. Has nothing to do with the camera's location as all 5 are rotated as they are charged.

Maybe I'm not getting something. It sounds like you set up zones while plugged in but I'm not clear if it's still plugged in. If I'm way off base here, sorry.
The other possibility is which version cameras you're using - the Pro 1 cameras don't support zones, just the Pro 2.

I don't know how else to state it. 4 of my 5 cameras have the ability to set zones when plugged in to an electrical source except one. There is no place to click set zone when I go to video setting as you can see in this picture.. They are all Arlo Pro 2 cameras.

Then either the firmware isn't up to date causing an issue or something in the camera config is screwy. If all is up to date, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. Restart the base first just to be thorough. It sounds like somehow the system thinks your camera is an original wireless rather than a P2.

Your last resort is to reset the system and start fresh. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update any firmware if prompted. If this doesn't work, open a cse with support here. They'd have you do the reset, too, so getting it out of the way may speed things up a bit.
