I have power and a green light on the internet. When I go to the app to set it up, it can’t find my base station? I need help

Is your phone on your WiFi or cell service? It must be on your WiFi for setup purposes. If still not happening, try holding the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot and try again.
